The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Code on Administrative Infringements (re Boost of Actions aimed at fighting Poaching)

The Bill (Reg. No.3003) enhances administrative liability for violation of legislation in the field of environmental protection, and improves public control over protection of the environment.

Thus, the Bill grants extra authorities to the representatives of State nature-protection bodies and public nature-protection inspectors concerning drawing up of reports for different types of poaching.
